Log onto your Petfolk account on the app or computer and click "Chat with Medical Team." From there, you can ask questions, get advice and practical steps from your expert team.

When we say our pricing is transparent, we mean it. You can see prices for all of our common procedures on our Pricing page. We’ll also never start any procedure or service without giving you a full estimate of costs and making sure you’d like to proceed.

Start with bringing your pet in for a nose-to-tail physical exam. If you share your pet’s medical records beforehand, we’ll be able to provide a more personalized exam. From there, you can keep up to date on your pet’s needs and services using the wellness checklist in the app. And, if anything else comes up, you can speak to our medical experts 24/7, also via the app.

Your membership starts the day you sign up. You’ll pay the annual $199 membership fee then, and benefits begin immediately, so you can use them right away, even at your first visit. PetfolkCare is active for 12 months and renews automatically each year on your sign-up date. But don’t worry: you’ll get a reminder first, and you can cancel anytime before renewal.
